Cookie Cups With Liquid Chocolate Center
I almost could not stop myself to eat them when I´ve made them for the first time – yep, this is another recipe I just could make every week on repeat. The cookie dough is already very good, but with the melted liquid chocolate center it´s just another level.
Servings: 8-10 cookies
Cooking time: 15 minutes Total time: 25minutes
You need for the
...cookie base:
120g oat flour
50g coconut sugar
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp vanilla
A pinch of salt
50g coconut oil
50g peanut butter
...liquid chocolate center:
for each cookie: at least a 10g chocolate square
How to make:
1. Start by mixing all the dry ingredients together: oat flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, vanilla and a pinch of salt.
2. Afterwards put peanut butter and coconut oil into a melting pot. Let it melt until it´s liquid and smooth.
3. Now, you can mix the liquid ingredients with the dry ingredients.
4. Time to cookie: take out a muffin tray with muffin paper. Then, divide the dough into two parts. One part is for the upper part of the cookie cup and the other one is for the lower part. They should have the same size. So, take one part of the dough and form it into six balls. Press it on the muffin tray, so in the end you´ll have six cookies.
5. The best part: place your chocolate square onto the cookies. Cover it with the rest of the dough.
6. Bake the cookies at 180 degrees Celsius for 12 minutes.
7. Enjoy!
