Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

Craving something fresh, nourishing and cold for breakfast? Then you can have this "ice cream like" smoothie bowl with lots of fruit and a delicious blueberry cookie on top. It´s so good that you probably want to have it all summer long!

Servings: 1
Cooking time: 10minutes          total time: 15 minutes

You need for the
…blueberry smoothie:

150g frozen blueberries
100g frozen açai/ raspberries
¾ banana (can be frozen too)
25-75ml oat milk

How to make: Simply blend all the ingredients in a high-performance mixer. Add more or less oat milk depending on how thick or liquid you want the consistency.

…baked oat cookie crumble/oat crunchies (you can definitely make a bigger portion here and save something as dessert or snack later):
2 tbsp oats
½ tbsp coconut oil
2 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp almond butter
6 almonds
6 blueberries

How to make: Simply mix all the ingredients together and put it onto a tray/oven dish with baking paper. Bake at 180 degrees for about 8-10min. It should be slightly brown and the blueberries should start to “burst”

Serving the smoothie bowl: Put all of the smoothie into a bowl, add your baked cookie oat crumble and some more almond and/or cashew butter (about 1-2 tsp)
