One Tray Veggie Schupfnudeln
Schupfnudeln are a special kind of noodles made from flour and potatoes. They are not just typical for the “South German cuisine” but also for Austria and they can be served savory with for example sauerkraut or sweet with some apple puree, cinnamon sugar or vanilla ice cream.
